Here’s a copy of the UTE contract. It’s for my daughter’s apartment. They send it to you in the mail–well not really the mail. A private mail company delivers it to you. You have to sign it and send it back to them. It’s important that you have a utility bill from either UTE or Antel in your possession, as it proves your address when you get stopped, or you need to buy something, like a cellphone (on contract).
